Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the watch must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging, documentation, and accessories

  • With all protective stickers and seals intact

  • Not sized, adjusted, or altered in any way

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

 

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Items must be returned using a fully insured and trackable shipping service.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of inspection.

Refunds are issued via bank transfer to the original payer’s bank account.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your watch arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
